isaac Szejbach is a NYC-based fashion designer creating gender-neutral, avant-garde clothing rooted in narrative. Their work focuses on experimental textiles, print design, and knitwear to support concept-driven design.
I approach fashion as a narrative practice. My work begins with concept and research, using clothing as a means of translating ideas into material form. Rather than designing for gender or trend, I focus on silhouette and movement, which are informed by my background as a dancer.
Textiles are integral to my process. I work through experimental knitwear, print design, and material exploration to develop garments that support the underlying concept of each project. Process, technique, and innovation shape the final form of each piece.
Across my work, I treat fashion as both a visual and embodied medium. Whether working in couture, ready-to-wear, or performance-influenced design, my goal is to create clothing that communicates ideas clearly while remaining adaptable to different bodies and contexts.
